We worked with AICIP to modernize their brand identity and design and develop a brand new responsive website with a Learning Management System to enable their members to complete their certification online.
We studied the personas of their current members, in particular, their younger members they wanted to engage with. We also looked at their current member onboarding and how this could be automated with an improved user journey.
Bringing an Association into the digital age
From the initial workshops it was agreed that to attract new, younger members, AICIP should offer a complete digital experience from initial onboarding, through to examinations of members.
The branding should also reflect a modern approach and have a minimal look and feel to appeal to the future target audiences. This will ensure that the Association could grow and continue to offer services to members for another 50 years.
